FAQ
Open AnyDesk on both devices, enter the address shown on the remote computer, and send a connection request. The remote user must approve the session and select the allowed permissions.
Enable unattended access on the remote device and create an access password that meets the required security rules. Authorized users can then authenticate without someone accepting each request.
The remote user may not have granted keyboard and mouse control, or the operating system may require additional accessibility or input permissions. Review both the session profile and system privacy settings.
Confirm that both devices are online and that AnyDesk is running. Then review firewall rules, proxy settings, security software, network allowlists, and whether the remote device accepts incoming sessions.
File transfer is available when supported by the clients, operating systems, and active session permissions. If it is unavailable, check storage access and file transfer permissions on the remote device.
Depending on the selected license and deployment model, organizations can manage licensed users, endpoints, address books, custom clients, permissions, and remote support workflows.
Choose the appropriate client, complete the required system permissions, and connect to an authorized remote computer, server, or mobile device.
